Heather Lynn Buxom got her first taste of modeling while she was working as a bagger at a grocery store. Her red locks and porcelain skin caught the eye of a photographer… and the rest, as they say, is history. She’s come a long way since then. We chatted with the curvaceous babe about her beginnings, her career and her love of dead animals.
So I read somewhere you have a taxidermy and entomology interest? What is THAT about?!
I always had a thing for oddities, I find nature and its creations fascinating and to be the most striking work of art. I love collecting visually interesting pieces but taxidermy doesn’t come cheap and that is why I learned the trade. I also like shadow boxing my own specimens; I’m very hands on and have more hobbies than I know what to do with…
That’s a very odd combination. There aren’t many models who are taxidermists. Congratulations to your success on both.… So, what’s a regular day in the life of Heather like?
A lot less interesting than you would assume I’m sure. Being a mommy, a clean cut receptionist and taxidermist by day…. tattoo model by night.
